"Upper level management and most Client Service Managers are not very friendly. Very cliquey mentality. I was promised a lot upon taking the job but have been lied to multiple times and disregarded even after a year."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Treat your employees like human beings. There is more to life than work. I would suggest you actually talk to your employees instead of making someone else manage them who is too busy."
