"Small office means few people. I know my coworkers pretty well and we are encouraged to be supportive of one another. There are also many office perks like the occasional free lunch."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Beware the lure of a small office with respects to job responsibilities! This place changes every day and tasks are redistributed often. You may find yourself doing a completely different job in as little as a month, and it will probably be 80 times more boring than the one for which you thought you signed up!"
What don't you like about working at Kemp & Associates?
"There is no room whatsoever for creativity or innovation to come from someone in my position. I am all for responding to problems, but ignoring the ideas that come from underlings out of hand will eventually cost this business dearly."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I'd look for more ways of actually growing the business, instead on focusing on relying on client referrals. I would invest in improving the daily work flow and cutting down on menial daily tasks."
What do you like about working at ADP?
"I had multiple responsibilities, which kept me very interested in my position. Also, the salary was good (at that time)."
What don't you like about working at ADP?
"Some people put in power positions based reviews and raises upon who were their favorites, instead of on job performance."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Recognize the strengths in the employee, and do not focus so much on where you find fault."
