What do you like about working at Headway Workforce Solutions?
"I feel its a great place for anyone looking to begin their career in recruiting. They have a great training program and its a good learning environment. Most of the employees are in their mid-20s and its a fun, relaxed environment. Lots of opportunities for growth."

"Energy during an interview is a must. Need to be able to discuss strategies for recruiting and sourcing. What do you feel is the mark of a star candidate"
What don't you like about working at Headway Workforce Solutions?
"Support can be difficult to find on occasion. Managers remain tight-lipped on information that should be shared openly. Communication has been a problem between recruiters or managers."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Communicate openly, take suggestions from lower level employees, focus on long term growth for each employee and create and follow growth plans!!"

"There is little room for error or a very high expectation for perfection."

"Flexibility in work hours and tools and the option to work from home would be a great addition."

"Constant changes and lack of financial support as a result of the inability of state and local government. The fact that an individual committed major fraud against the non-profit left a sour taste in my mouth."

"It is a 25 year old company that was striving to re-establish itself in Atlanta. Fairly good support."

"Be aware that things can change overnight to to frequent changes in offerings and management."

"Alot of change in practices and offerings which made it difficult to manage sales process."

"They should keep focusing on a specific vertical and offerings. They can;t be everything to everybody."
