"This is not a search firm nor an agency. If you like business development and search, this may not be the best fit for you."

"CBIZ did not understand how to be a search firm. Created programs that were ineffective for LA area."

"Change the management ot someone who has worked in search and in major metropolitan areas - Kansas City and St.Louis practices differ from the competitive arena of LA."

"The salary could have been better, and the opportunities could have also been better if they were not headquartered in Baltimore."

"If you like working in a office alone then this is the job for you, but if you like having other people around to bounce ideas off of then this might not be a good fit. That is if you are woking in the satilite office."

"The main office was 3 hours away and sometime hard to connect with other staff members."
