Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Give it a try, do your research on Willis and the unit you will be working to see if you actually want to work for Willis. Having a friend at the company doesn't hurt. Lastly, dress sharp, we are business casual, but, sharp dressing does wonders."
What don't you like about working at Willis Group Holdings?
"I feel underpaid, the health benefits are lousy; the 401k match is 2%, which the associate receives ONLY if they work until 12/31 of said year and the pension has been eliminated. This company is rife with favoritism and bullying, actually this is the most I have seen in my career. I find it difficult to understand what I can do to enhance my career and salary, as many associates seem to do this with only the friendships they have made and little hard work or skills."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management needs to focus on career development, with a more robust compensation package. Unfortunately the feeling I get from Willis is that they are only out for themselves which in turn makes most associates only out for themselves too, of course not everyone."

"I liked working independently and enjoyed the small work enviroment"

"Show up promptly for the interview and dress appropriately, business professional."

"Former paralegal did not give any training."

"Staff needs to train new employees to avoid being reactive. Being Proactive is more efficent"

"Flexible hrs and days, see your work turning into higher business volume."

"No room for additional knowledge to be learnt. Office based postion."

"Have processes in place to create more efficient time management and to save money."

"It's a government institution, so don't expect anything to happen fast!"

"The workload is becoming unmanageable and the pay is not equitable."
