Submit a Review"I loved my job as a hospital claims processor. I loved working as a telecommuter and working from home. I had a passion for hospital claims and I was good at it. I hated having untrained sups that knew nothing about processing hospital claims, that were rotated like musical chairs. I hated having severe depression. Neither United Health or HR Direct recognized severe depression as a disability of any kind. Disclosing my severe depression did not save me or keep me safe. United Health didn't believe me when I said they either had to fix the issues on our team or I had to leave my job. They didn't believe me when I said I was suicidal. I said I had severe depression. They didn't believe that my work environment was making me suicidal. They didn't believe me, even with a twelve year history of severe depression. I took antidepressants daily and I often times took off work for therapy appointments which my last two sups were aware of."
"Over the years while working in the Customer Service Industry, I've come to a level of expectations from an individual and a company. I feel that Cigna has the potential of being a Monster Company in the Industry, but lacks the compassion and empathy of their workers."
"I loved it because it was easy. What I disliked was when claims wouldn't process correctly."
"I enjoy being able to work at a pace that is both timely but also allows me to stay accurate in my processing. The only thing I would say that is frustrating are the changes given by RMA every once in awhile."
