While I was there, I noticed that the everyday employees were friendly and upbeat about their job and the company outlook. It made me want to be apart of their awesome environment. Not only was their environment amazing, their SaaS products were phenomenal and reasonably priced, making them the the go to for cloud programs."

"Citrix is a great company to work for with many perks for their employees. Most of the employees are friendly and depending on the department you work in, you might be able to work from home a few times a month. Having said that, the company is going though some restructuring right now. They use a lot of contract workers and it can be frustrating to be there for years and still not be transitioned into a perm role. It all depends on the department and its leadership. There are departments I would never want to work in and others I would love to have the chance to return to work for. If you can get in as an employee and not just a contractor, it seems to be a good place to work for with room to transfer around into new roles, but most of the employees are overworked since there is a problem getting budget to bring new people on full time and not just through a contract position."
