"Get into the mortgage processing side. Their employees are treated better, make more money and have much more room for advancement."

What don't you like about working at CitiMortgage?

"Management is terrified of firing someone that has no work ethics without having to write them up 3 times first leaving months of slow and sloppy work processing. Technology is outdated causing many tasks to be done manually on paper. My sole reason for leaving the company was due to management not supporting the removal of a temporary employee who blatantly refused to do the tasks I had assigned him. (He had to be written up 3 times first and he knew it When you have 13 employees and half of them don't do what is assigned, it's literally impossible to get your job done in a timely manner."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Work on weeding out the slackers and stop being afraid to fire someone because you're afraid of being sued."
