"I've worked with CitiMortgage for 4 and 1/2 years, the company was an ethical company that treated people with respect and dignity while working with homeowners that were in default. I learned a lot while working for CitiMortgage. I learned to empathize with the borrowers situation and I also had to learn how to distance myself from the situation in order to not become over involved in the borrowers situation as to not become overwhelmed and depressed."
