"Be fair with your employees and remember they have families who need them too. Pay for better medical and dental plans for your employees. Your employees practically live there and will require and deserve good medical care, especially because they give so much of themselves."

"I don't think that's possible, the company has been on a hiring freeze for over 3 years. If it were - do your homework, hopefully things turn around by the time this is read, but for now be careful."

"NOTHING ever gets done because decision makers are too many levels away to understand what needs to be changed."

"Open your eyes - thinning out the front line low paid employees and keeping the high paid thumb twirlers is not going to help the company get back on track."
