"I do not like the lack the fact that management does not appear to have any accountability and the given expectations are not reasonable."

"My suggestion would be that confidential employee surveys are given at a minimum twice per year and that management attend mandatory management classes each quarter."

"The environment is one where people almost always worked together to get the job done."

"Do your research into what business group within CitI you are interviewing for. Try and find trends on layoffs and the competitive landscape for that product. You don't want to start a job that won't be around in 12 - 18 months."

What don't you like about working at CitiGroup?

"Lack of mobility. Senior and mid-level managers were almost always brought in from outside while qualified employees even had trouble moving laterally."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Don't lay people off, expect those that are left to do more, then give your top leadership tens of millions of dollars in bonuses. It does nothing but drag down the morale of those that are left."
