"The politics, as per my former co-workers, still exists."

"I was caught between the Latin and Non-Latin Management Groups. Each time one side wanted to promote me the other vetoed it (and, vice-versa). It was perhaps the worse example of office politics that I ever experienced in my life."

"Simply follow the rules of the company and everything will be great!"

"Honestly, I get this job from connection, so my interview is no real interview. I'm not sure how it looks like to get a real interview with Citibank in the U.S. though. But still, prepare yourself to the questions related to the department you're applying for."

"Employees in other departments are not friendly and are not willing to support."

"Due to economy this company is currently struggling and a challenge in career growth."

"The job was fun and challenge, the co-workers was helping each other and the senior managers cared a lot about their employees."

"The person should show the high energy to handle constant changes and fast pace of software development and release cycles for business needs."

"Citibank was a very good place to work so most of people stayed in the company for a long time. The opportunities for career advancement seemed to be low."

"Giving clear direction about projects, getting employees involved on the project, helping employees remove obstacles, providing them the right tools and information to do their jobs and holding employees accountable for what they do."
