"If we do our job responsively within the time frame, there are no worries, work will be very enjoyable. But, per the jobs nature, we can not have outside technology experience besides the company's internal applications in which we can become masters. "Dealing with upset people, and call after call with questions I couldn't produce."

"Pay better, less hours, didn't have to talk to people."

"I enjoyed the co-workers, since I feel a lot comes from them and if they don't like their job they can bring everyone down with them. My boss was excellent to work for. She was understanding and patient while training, and helped me to the best of her ability if needed."

What don't you like about working at Citibank?

"The benefits package wasn't the greatest around. They changed it the second year I was there, and was not anywhere near as good of coverage as had been the previous year."

"Overall good company to work for. Make sure have some good benefits packages for your people, that can help keep a lot of people happy."
