"More job rotation so your existing employees gain more confidence and provide better assistance to resolve critical issues, as his/her knowledge increases by working in multiple departments."

"I loved dealing with my customers. Seeing them happy being able to help with what ever problems they had made my day."

"There isn't anything that I did not like, I just wanted to be in a school setting. That has been my dream my whole life. I belong there. Being able to help the kids and there family to get where they need to be makes my day."

"Listen and listen. Try to help as much as you can. Don't just stay in the office and think that people are doing what they need to do. Help out to make sure your team is successful."
