"When the economy was great the bonuses were great and the collection efforts were easier. The community was very diverse in their culture and surroundings."

"Come clean, dress sharp, always have eye contact, and come at least 15 min ahead of your interview."
What don't you like about working at Citi Cards?
"I did not like the constant change every 18 months or so concerning our bonuses. I did not like the distance to work everyday along with the cost of gas to put in my car. As the economy went south so did the bonus, but that is expected because that is the way of business."
