Circuit Designer at AT&T
in Woodstock, GA

Please give us a one liner to describe this review.

"AT&T is a world class company with room for growth."

What do you like about working at AT&T?

"Training was one of the most important parts of the job. We would receive updated training when a process has been added or changed. Everyone was part of a team and worked to help each other. We had a Subject Matter Expert (SME) that was very knowledgeable on the most difficult problems. I enjoyed the process of designing the engineering of circuits for large commercial customers. I enjoyed communicating with the local exchange companies to meet a common goal. Overall working at AT&T was great."

What don't you like about working at AT&T?

"The only thing I did not like was using numbers to measure our work. I know all companies look at the statistical side of the job. It is a necessary to keep track of quality and quantity. It wasn't bad because we knew our job. It gave you room to improve on your work."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management was good at listening because our processes were always improved upon. Our suggestions were given to system developers. We might have not liked the statistical measurement much but we turned it into a positive as a team."
