"It allowed me to base my individual business skills and allowed me to improve my customer services ability to the fullest."

"It felt that the company had asked for way too much out of us sales associates to the point where there was certain situations where no one can accomplish what was asked from us. The business became tougher towards the end of my career with them, and it became to the point where I was working more hours than I should have to try and juggle what they were asking from me."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The management was not the best. There was a lot of complications between management and also with the higher management. It felt as if though everyone was trying to figure out what was going on, and there was too many changes always being done without organization. My personal store manager was good though, and he seemed to try and simplify what was asked by us."
