"Kiss ass, move up police of Cingular Managers making me sick. Too many exceptions. I, with three Master degrees, and worked in call center taking calls, and a kid with no education moved up to the engineering position after six months. I just had it with your system, Cingular doesn't have a good system and opportunity was not for everyone."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get education. Stop kiss ass, move up police and favoritism. Treat an employee on merit basis. Be fair and impartial. Managers don’t have basic understanding."

"Being able to teach people about the products and assisting customers in need."

"I did not have a set schedule. Additionally, there was a long period of time during my employment when our office did not have a manager."
