"Unfortunately the company had poor sales force performance. Also they had a focus on legacy products instead of doing more with their advanced products."

"I would ask them to be more proactive in getting customer feedback to the engineers about strengths and weaknesses of the various areas of the product."

"When not on the road, I worked from home. This made for a short commute."

"As a consultant you will be expected to travel and pay your own expenses up front. SOmetimes reimbursement is slow."

"Very little information being passed down. As sales dropped off there was a greater urgency toward selling product."

"Management should use their own products to understand how to make them better."
