4 I have worked at Cincom Systems, Inc. as a User Experience Designer. This is a great company to work for. I am pleased that they have high standards for their employees to go by. I had the chance to work on different projects and tackle exciting problems that tested multiple skills. Not only did we work hard, but we also played harder and had various team-building activities. More than anything, I’m going to remember those moments the most because they made me feel so much closer to the team.

4.5 The company has been great. I would continue working for Cincom. Unfortunately, my position is being eliminated February 14th due to the company downsizing. Every single person I've worked with there has been great. They have embraced me and my profession. I have an excellent relationship with Cincom.

4.6 I have worked at Cincom since 1987. The culture there - at least my experience - was that they did not micro-manage. You were allowed to get your work done with little to no baby sitting from upper management. The area where I worked allowed me to always learn new technologies and stay ahead of others. I felt like I made a difference working there.
