"I like the learning environment that my job awarded me with on a daily basis."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be open to positive discussions. Do not take a position that you know you will not be happy with for a long time. Be positive to other employees, do not have a high school mentality, in which you have to be the center of attention regarding office or company issues."

What don't you like about working at Chrysler?

"Like any work environment, there are some managers that are not open to employee discussion regarding job issues."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"When you claim to have an open-door policy, make sure all management personnel adhere to this policy, not just a selective few managers. When several employees state that a manager is NOT adhering to open communication policies, then please do the right thing and discuss the managers non-compliance with corporate policy. If there is no change to the manager's attitude, then again do the right thing, and demote the manager."
