Choice Hotels values diversity and inclusion in the workplace and for the most part, I found the collaboration with other departments of the company to be very helpful. Unfortunately, when the company and upper management decide to make a change in personnel within a region they tend to be abrupt and move quickly to finalize the change. Very often Choice doesn’t afford the displaced employee to explore other positions within the organization.
