4 I’ve worked for Choice Hotels at different times in my career. Choice Hotels values diversity and inclusion in the workplace and for the most part, I found the collaboration with other departments of the company to be very helpful. Unfortunately, when the company and upper management decide to make a change in personnel within a region they tend to be abrupt and move quickly to finalize the change. Very often Choice doesn’t afford the displaced employee to explore other positions within the organization. Choice Hotels for the most part is a company that you can grow with but understand as market conditions change, there tends to be volatility in the workplace
