"Upper management has no vision about what they want. This causes an almost schizophrenic re-prioritization and lack of true support or commitment for ANYTHING."

"Have a vision. Support your staff. Ensure that people have what they need to accomplish their jobs. Stop changing your minds about priorities as frequently as happens today."
