"The advancment rate wasnt what it should be. If you took a manager job you would be making less money and working more hours."

"Interview elsewhere, don't believe what you are told about hours you will work 60-70 hours with zero additional compensation and very little appreciation."

"smell, hours, management, employees, pay, expectations, management, building, lack of control"

"Improve your company, decrease workload for managers, hire better people to train new employees, disclose realistic expectations to new employees"

"Being a server, you can get short staffed and it made the shift harder."

"Make sure there was enough staff to cover the sifts."

"I love the managers & the people I work with. Abilene's community is extremely friendly and I love meeting people who come sit in my section! Chili's is EXTREMELY flexible with my school schedule!"

"Say they like eating at Chili's and the experience they get when they are there and that they like meeting new people. Being on time is a must and cleanliness is important!"

"It's hard to think of anything I don't like about Chili's. I've worked at several restraunts and Chili's is by far the best place I have ever worked. Sometimes our teamwork isn't perfect when we get tired, but that would be at any job!"

"DO my best to get people to understand that Chili's is more of a job-job not something they should just work for one summer or semester. People seem to leave quickly"
