"Working on finding cure for pediatric tumor. I am using nanotechnology to develop non-invasive therapy"

"You should know how to lick the feet of your employer. People can survive here by just glorifying there boss for 20 years without doing anything."

What don't you like about working at Children's Memorial Hospital?

"They intentionally keeping me part time and want the target to be achived as a full time worker. Its a modern salvation existing in USA. I demanded full time as I have a family to support. They very bluntly asked me to either work for less or quit. They know I cannot quit because I need health plan."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management is by employer, for employer and from employer hence they are blind to my need. I am barely paid $1600 per month. If I ask to increase they says there are many who do not even have a job."
