"micromanaged, not a good company for a new nurse to start a career, lots of gossiping, high manager/supervisor turnover."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC experience as a graduate RN- incomparable and absolutely awful. I had 4 new direct managers and 2 new unit/general managers in the short time I worked there plus two different educational coordinators. Poorly organized orientation for new RNs starting off cycle (not in Jan or June). Management in the training department for nurses should FOLLOW THROUGH on what they say they will do."

What do you like about working at Children's Memorial Hospital?

"Working on finding cure for pediatric tumor. I am using nanotechnology to develop non-invasive therapy"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"You should know how to lick the feet of your employer. People can survive here by just glorifying there boss for 20 years without doing anything."

What don't you like about working at Children's Memorial Hospital?

"They intentionally keeping me part time and want the target to be achived as a full time worker. Its a modern salvation existing in USA. I demanded full time as I have a family to support. They very bluntly asked me to either work for less or quit. They know I cannot quit because I need health plan."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management is by employer, for employer and from employer hence they are blind to my need. I am barely paid $1600 per month. If I ask to increase they says there are many who do not even have a job."

"Lack of honesty of management, in fighting and lack of integrity."

"Address iddes which prevent success of goals and not generate excuses and blame to those who do not have an impact on real issues"

"Pay is soft, but the organization is effecting a physical relocation, so $ is going to move projects. That's understandable."
