"My CEO quit and my interemdiate supervisor quit and I had to train my own new boss."

"Be aware that you are expected to be self motivated and work extended hours to get the job done. This is not a bad thing; all levels of the staff are willing to perform on this level."

"The relationship between field and office is distant. Office staff needs to make more frequent job site visits."

"Let the community know that the company is still there by advertising. Communicate any significant projects, construction awards, or management changes in business news sections of local papers or journals."
