"They let me take the reins and do the estimating and never questioned my ability do do my job and they also compensated me for my efforts."

"Be honest and lay your cards out on the table on what you desire to get paid and if your worth it they will pay it."

"The tasks were always challenging, the people were part of a team working towards the same goals. At the end of the day you felt accomplishment."

"I enjoy my peers and the clients that I have had dealings with. My positinon is very demanding and I enjoy the challenges that come with it every day."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Being honest and upfront would be the first tip I would give anyone applying for any job. Experienced senior management will realize your strengths and weaknesses eventually."
What don't you like about working at Phoenix Construction?
"The company operates diffeerently than I am used to partially due to the different country and in part due to the senior management. Again, I would be glad to discuss this verbally."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Value all of the team and not just upper management. To many times the people that make projects succesful are left out. Without disclosing sensative information, everyone involved should be included in current and future stratagies. Use all of the resources available and don't be affraid to think outside the box when necessary."
