"I love where I work. the people are great. The atmosphere is good. The job is very intense at times. The pay could be better. I work with a great group of people. And everyone else in other departments are so friendly. The benefits are very good. I just wish the pay could be a little more."

"There are many areas in the Chickasaw Nation that I've heard are wonderful to work with, however, the Billing Office of their medical facility has many underhanded rules, and is very much a "high school/mean girl" mentality with regards to management. There is little information passed on to workers by management, and we are constantly left floundering to perform simple job duties because of these shortcomings. I would never recommend working in the Billing Office to anyone. I will and have always given my complete opinion when others ask if they are a good company to work for."

"My long commute makes it tough to get to/from work sometimes. We are considering moving closer."

"Continue to find ways to improve communication. With diverse offices and employees across the country, it makes it difficult to keep everyone informed. Recent steps have helped immensely, so keep it up!"

"Upper management was too conservative and was told so by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid when they lost the contract."

"It would be good to listen to the people in direct relationship to the work production team."

"Because we were contractors we were not afforded any benefits and there really wasn't any room for change."

"I feel management should be able to make changes for improvement as they see fit instead of putting the request through to the Governor of the company and waiting months for a response."

"It used to be fun working but now everything has changed with the contract demanding accountability."
