"Corporate staff is too small to address real employee concerns in a reasonable time frame. Calls and email go unanswered for days sometimes weeks before responding."

"Establish clear delineations of responsibilities, prioritize calls and call backs. Better training of internal staffers and hire more staff to prevent overburdening of current staffers"
