"I've worked for CFA for a number of years, and although they've gotten the bad rep for their religious views, it's a decent place for a first time job. Depending on your operator, your chances on moving on vary greatly. The best thing about CFA are the people they hire; not your run of the mill McD's teenagers, but honest, well kept people that are just fun to be around."

"They had good programs for help going to college, etc. We had Sunday off, so I was able to go to church. Everybody was very nice and very helpful."

"Be yourself! Everybody is really nice and you don't need to pretend to be someone you're not just to impress them. Make sure to keep your grades up and you should definitely be polite, in words, actions, AND clothing."

"Most of the kitchen staff and cashiers being high school students, me included, there was definitely some drama. However, it always ended up being worked out."

"I would give everybody one or two free chicken sandwiches every day."
