4.9 Chewy is a fast-growing company and leads the e-commerce network in the pet supplies industry. They care about their people and the culture they have is great! They do not look at you as just a number but they care about the person you are and what goes on in your life outside of work. They are ever-changing to grow and adapt to improve their performance. You will work with some very talented people that will help you develop and inspire your own talents. Chewy is a great company and I would recommend it to anyone.

4 I’ve worked for Chewy for almost a year. This has been one of the best places I’ve worked this far. The atmosphere is always very energetic, and relaxed. You’re always able to find a helpful lead, and throughout the day you get to play with some of the cutest pups ever! The compensation and benefits are great, and moving up is easy, as long as you make it a goal, and work hard. Overall I would definitely recommend Chewy as a great place to work.

4.2 Chewy has grown rapidly and while it tries to retain its startup culture, it is leaning towards a more structured corporate workplace which is eating at the pace of innovation. While the footprint is growing the company does still bestows on its employees a high level of autonomy and ownership which coupled with driven individuals, makes it a great place to work, experiment and grow.
