They do not look at you as just a number but they care about the person you are and what goes on in your life outside of work. They are ever-changing to grow and adapt to improve their performance. You will work with some very talented people that will help you develop and inspire your own talents. Chewy is a great company and I would recommend it to anyone.
4I’ve worked for Chewy for almost a year. This has been one of the best places I’ve worked this far. The atmosphere is always very energetic, and relaxed. You’re always able to find a helpful lead, and throughout the day you get to play with some of the cutest pups ever! The compensation and benefits are great, and moving up is easy, as long as you make it a goal, and work hard. Overall I would definitely recommend Chewy as a great place to work.
