"There is very few if any opportunities for career advancement. Although I have surpassed goals on every review, this has not been rewarded in money or career advancement."

"Offer career paths. Offer more money. Offer education opportunities. Offer a way for the employees to be rewarded for their ideas and their hard work"

"Know networking, protocols, firewalls, Linux/Unix and Windows. If youare looking at Endpoint, know Microsoft server technologies intimately."

"Limited growth potential from the Endpoint side. Limited training (focused on Check Point only)."
