"They are more interested in the icing than the cake. They judge by looks and appearances rather than substance."

What don't you like about working at Champion Technologies?

"Champion was a small private company that grew fast and brought in Sr. Management from outside the industry. The new management rode the rising oil prices without taking time to really understand the business and now is more like a sinking ship."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Learn that just because someone can put on fancy presentation using all the latest buzz words doesn't mean they know or understand Champion's business."
