1.9This company tries to get over on people. They make you do extensive online training before you start work so that they do not have to pay you for it. They expect you to work very long hours and state late without compensating you for it. They have high expectations very early, but are not willing to train employees properly and give them all the needed tools to become successful. My assistant district manager did not have the education, patience, or knowledge to train new employees. She was rarely available to help and extremely lazy to where she would not show up to work sometimes.
3.1Require management training because knowledge does not automatically make a good leader. Standardize and print company policy and make it accesible. Encourage growth, and take more time to consider the many talents of the employees.
I would suggest the management of Chamberlin Edmonds to revise their contract with the hospitals to set firm dates of contracted services. I do not believe that the hospitals should be able to terminate a contract instantly because they don't believe they could afford the services.
