"Challenger brought in a new president who felt that opening distribution around existing distributors would create more revenue. I took over a region that had been damaged by lack of warranty follow up when VBM was purchased by Challenger. Relationships were key in building confidence with past customers. New president lasted less than 9 months."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They corrected what concerns I had since my employment there - great company!"
