"There are no retirement packages and insurance is about to be taken out for the company. The growth opportunity has also reached its limit and a stalemate has been reached."

"Management did not have complete control over the 250 + shareholders."

"They have been successful with a different, unique formula -- that will be difficult to change but, maybe not necessary."

"the leaders should meet at least monthly with property managment and keep the management accountable for the success of the business, but shield them from the threat of having their jobs eliminated by a vote of general counsel."

"My business partner was not involved in the actual work, only the planning."

"Fantastic company with tremendous staff, corporate culture, leadership and opportunity. Fast paced environment and strong corporate values and well described operating policies"

"Well implemented ERP (SAP) system with extensive and effective financial reporting structure. Company was once quoted as having the best financial reporting and transparency since IBM. Can work up to as many as 10-12 hour days but rarely on weekends and/or holidays."

"Corporate headquarters located in Beaumont as opposed to relocation to Houston"

"The informality lead to everyone thinking they should be involved in every meeting and in every project. This lead to inefficiency."

"With regard to the previous answer, I had suggested limiting direct access to the President and limiting meeting attendees to active managers on the project."
