"Many, many layers of bureacracy to go through for the most minimal operating issues. No money for capital even if justified."

"Either divorce ICS from Carrier or combine it with other small companies in the segment to form a unit of sufficient size to have some clout with senior management."

"The complexity of the work was challenging and at times very complex. In addition, the personnel in manufacturing and engineering were highly qualified and a pleasure to work with."

"The cash shortages made the environment very tense and difficult to control"

"Although a managing principal of Alfa was to maintain very low inventory levels, the senior manager routinely violated that principal leaving Alfa in a cash shortage position. I would suggest that they follow their basic principal of low inventory levels."
