"Heavy turnover of administrators - public paper kept an ongoing tracker of 11 adminsitrators within a 9 year period in the local market. Difficult to maintain integrity and positive community relationships."

"It's funny to see a company hand out books preaching mentorship and then either not have the time or interest to objectively follow-up on developing individuals to better support the company. Is the stock price up yet"

"Be completely honest with yourself as to what you want and need for your future career and personal growth so that you can provide this information and determine if the opportunity at ASSI will provide 75-80% of the opportunities you need to try to achieve both objectives, professional and personal growth."

"Lack of continued growth opportunities in technical areas includiing information systems, other management practices for reporting and determining possible opportunities either for new business or improvements to profits and compliance with all legal requirements"
