"Lack of continued growth opportunities in technical areas includiing information systems, other management practices for reporting and determining possible opportunities either for new business or improvements to profits and compliance with all legal requirements"

"Be more open to the tools and reporting possibilities that could help improve processing systems, employee moral, customer service, interraction between managers, and most of all revenue growth with profit margin improvements"
