If you are not former Avaya employees or in the clicheof management, your not respected. 401k and profit sharing does not activity until 1 calendar year and only on the enrollement date... therefore it could be almost 2 years before enrollment. Bonus are unrealistic to obtain, because management sets the selling cost and PMs are handed a losing deal before in the beginning."

"The expectation of management, represented and said run the people until they burn out and then replacement them (paraphrased)."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Do not expect PMs to work 60+ hours 7 days a week... all the time. Research Harvards Management training for understand employees. Value employees instead of treating them like machines. Finally tell the truth to your employees instead of coveraging up the mis-management and most importantly.... communicate with the PMs with your expectations."
