"The R&D department is about precision and skill, show off the laboratory skills you have and be willing to listen and learn from your superiors."

"When there are conflicting interests between the R&D department and the finance department, it is hard to effectively and confidently work on pressing projects."

"I would settle any differences between the departments (manufacturing, finance, R&D) and allow the departments to work together instead of against eachother"
