"I worked at Cenveo for 3 months as a Marketing Intern, My fellow employees as well as my supervisors were amazing to work with. They ensured I was getting a good experience there and that I understood what I was learning. Cenveo is a great company and I would highly recommend working there. This was a fantastic internship program and I am so grateful to have had that opportunity."

"I have been with Cenveo, Inc for many years and I have watched it change a great deal. Lately the management team has made some interesting decision that I believe will be difficult for the company to overcome the lost sales that will result from these decisions. At this time I am concerned about where this company will be in 12-18 months."

"I have a Great boss and good relationship with coworkers"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The people in this building are great, but beyond that there is little benefit"

What don't you like about working at Cenveo?

"We are understaffed and overworked. Plus we are all underpaid. Very few, if any raises have been given in years. Our equipment is old and requires too much maintenance. Overall we are not given support from corporate, and the goals given to us are unreasonable given our circumstances."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would give raises, visit the plants and let the employees knew I cared. And I would not run the company from reports, and instead talk to the people on the floor."

"Poorly-Managed, BIASED Company"

What do you like about working at Cenveo?

"Excellent co-workers."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"DON'T INTERVIEW, unless you are BOTH over 45, and white."

What don't you like about working at Cenveo?

"Everything else. Every management decision is biased, and related to this sort of thinking:-The VP ordered the plant manager to lay off one employee. He decided to lay off the ONE other manager who knows everything about the plant....and was more than capable of running it by herself. She was the only female manager -- so there you go.Listen to this: They have a tremendous AGEISM problem. It doesn't matter how good you are. If you haven't been working there for a LONG time, you will not make an acceptable salary. I worked hard, for 2 years, and did not get a raise."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Something must be done, about the rampant racial and gender bias. If you ever want a good company, you have to learn to be honest. It's impossible to hide bias and immaturity, from most people. Also, the salaries are unacceptably low. If you improve morale, you'll see the difference in your bottom-line."
