"There was a real lack of support shown by managment. They really needed to have a better way to motivate the sales person, afterall this a a commission only job."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To offer better training for new realtors and to support the RE's when they need it. Come up with contests to keep the new people from falling out of the business. Find better ways to help newbee's get ontop of marketing themselves to get more deals."

"I love houses, and finding a home for an individual or family was very satisfying."

"It was great working with them before, I'm actualy working part time with the same people that owned C21 Midtown Realty at this present time."

"Good marketting package that defines why they stand out from the competion. (Service, Quality, & Price)"

"I enjoyed working for Century 21 because there was a lot of client interaction. You met new and different kind of people everyday of all different levels. Also, you help realize peoples dreams."

"If I was an interviewer I would like to find out what what type of experience, education they have as well as what type of skills they can offer the company, in addition I would definitely find out the personality of the individual."

What don't you like about working at Century 21 Real Estate?

"I enjoyed everything about this job, but unfortunately the economy was not good and it became difficult to survive in this job."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The best way to manage a team would be to lead by example. Set an example to the employee of the work should be done so that they can follow and also by providing all tools so that the job can be done adequately. What I mean by providing the right tools I mean the knowledge, schedules and machinery."
