"I liked working with the Broker and the entire team of realtors it was very exciting. I had to learn how to process all the paperwork and a purchase agreement of a home. As well as do all the banking for these deals before they closed. Very interesting & tight deadlines."

"Just to be very positive and to enjoy working with so many different backgrounds. To mention all your skills and how they relate to Real estate."

What don't you like about working at Century 21 Real Estate?

"Really honestly - nothing I do not like. The only sitution that changed was we were selling close to 100 homes a month. That is a lot of processing, but then it changed we only sold 30 homes and Century 21 could not afford to keep all secretaries or processors any longer."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management was excellent a very strong and knowledgable staff. Just to keep a forecaast or study on how many homes are selling or prejecting to sell. But it just depends onthe economy and the market really."

"it's a tough real estate market right now so there are not a lot of staff opportunities but if you are a realtor, you can be as successful as you are willing to make yourself and if you show that drive, Superstars will back you all the way to the top"
