"The best thing about the laboratory at Centinela are the team members. The familial atmosphere in the laboratory is what keeps me returning every week."

"Be forward and honest during the interview and you will be given the opportunity to prove yourself."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I have seen several employees leave due to pay and benefits offered. New employees in particular tend to stay through training but leave soon after. It takes months of training and significant cost to train new employees and replace those that leave.Management simply needs to raise the pay to compete with other facilities in the area."
