3.1 I've worked here for over 6 years and it's a great company. The people I work with are great. We are always finding something new in the flooring process. The opportunity for advancement in this company is good as well as the benefits package. My only drawback was the high demand on time didn't meet with the compensation. It's been an interesting job and I was grateful for the experience. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend.
