"Cant say that I didnt like the company, I feel that they will be successful for as many years as they are in business"

"Always go into your place of business and run it as if you where the owner, because if you do you will be more successful than the kind of manager who is just there to open the door and turn on the lights. Set your goals high and never cap yourself off"

"I enjoy working with accounts in the field, handling issues that trouble physician offices and medical groups. I also enjoy being in the field at patient's homes, experiencing what they are dealing with daily in order to better"

"Always keep your answers centered about needs based selling, the company is hugely focused on growth and moving forward in a competitive industry."

What don't you like about working at Lincare?

"I feel like there is encouragement to bend rules and policies established by FDA and/or CHAP when they present themselves. The times I have been short-staffed and asked for additional resources to overcome some issues, I was encouraged to get them resolved on my own even if they were clinically out of my scope of practice."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen more closely to all questions and issues brought forth then address them appropriately, always abiding by all policies and compliance."

"It is a good stable, job for people who feel comfortable in a similar daily job. Very standardized procedures."

What don't you like about working at Lincare?

"Because it is so corporate, I feel I don't have as much freedom as I would like. Wuld prefer more opportunities at the orporate office to grow. I can only hope to take my boss's job, which makes it hard to apply for."

"Giving more of a voice to the individual centers to make procedural improvements."
